01 Introduction

Welcome to Surya777. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "You") and Surya777 ("Surya777", "We", "Platform"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile application, software, and any services provided by Surya777.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use Surya777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are registering solely on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or a company.
• You have not previously been banned, suspended, or blocked from using Surya777 or any related betting platform.

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

Geographic Restrictions

03 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) surya777 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms. Surya777 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Surya777 username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Surya777 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Information

You must ensure that all information in your Surya777 account profile is accurate and up to date at all times. Inaccurate information may result in delays in withdrawal processing or temporary account suspension for verification purposes.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Surya777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" / KYC) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of address. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Finance

4.4 Inactive Funds

Accounts that show no activity (login, deposit, gameplay) for 12 consecutive months considered inactive. Surya777 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM10 or 10% of the current balance (whichever is lower) on inactive accounts after this period.

05 Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and special offers provided by Surya777 are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. Members are encouraged to read the individual bonus terms before claiming any offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM3,000 in bets before bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

• Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements – slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino games may contribute less.
• If your account balance reaches RM0 before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be considered forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — including hedging bets, opening multiple accounts for repeated claims, or employing low-risk betting strategies that are not for entertainment purposes — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a validity period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be automatically forfeited.

06 Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Technical Failure

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports Betting — including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League), badminton, cricket, and other sports — is subject to Surya777's separate Sports Betting rules. Odds are valid at the time the bet is accepted. Surya777 reserves the right to void any bet where there is a clear pricing error.

6.4 Betting Limits

Surya777 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for any game or market at any time. These limits will be clearly displayed within the relevant game interface.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure and forfeiture of remaining balance:

• Registering more than one Surya777 account for any reason.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technological means to manipulate game outcomes or bonus systems.
• Making a deposit using a payment method belonging to another person without their explicit authorisation.
• Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity conducted through the Surya777 platform.
• Transferring funds between member accounts for the purpose of circumventing withdrawal requirements.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

Surya777 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of this Agreement. By registering with Surya777, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In short, Surya777 collects data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, meet legal compliance requirements (AML/KYC), and improve the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Surya777 is not liable for:

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by Member

You may close your Surya777 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, any active balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the KYC and withdrawal conditions stated. Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10.2 Suspension by Surya777

Surya777 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other illegal activity has occurred.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who need a break from gambling may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or a permanent one via the Responsible Gaming or by contacting support. During the exclusion period, access to your account will be blocked.

11 Amendments to Terms

Surya777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email. The updated date shown at the top of this page reflects the most current version.

Continued use of the Surya777 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Surya777's platform operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to binding private arbitration.

Surya777's decisions on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, game disputes, and account management are final and binding, subject to any internal appeals process made available.
